LUIS (sp. was t Technician who came out to do t maintenance on my two AC units, which I also purchased from Johnny on t Spot a few years ago. Their warranty n maintenance program is t best. I am an 80 yr old widow n that is one area of my home I never have to worry about.
Luis checked t 2) air scrubbers, ducting, n set 2 Thermostats n checked n cleaned t Trane AC,s. He has been w t company as long as I have which is over 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, n personable. I ask a lot of questions n he is never to hurried to answer them. One other very important point for me is if he has a job that runs longer because of difficulty they keep u informed w texts so u know when they r delayed but this rarely happens. Great company!!

I have found Johnny on the Spot to to fair, reasonable, honest and a delight to do business with for my heating and AC needs. The workers that come to work at my house are meticulous and thorough. Bryant was at the house today. His work and customer service were exceptional. As a former facilities manager I know good work.
Oscar was professional and swift. Did amazing work. I would 100% recommend.
Excellent service and a great price
Very happy with Johnny on the Spot accommodating our maintenance appointment by having technician Gabriel come out on a Sunday. He was able to check our a/c and furnace units and it was determined that both units could not be repaired and needed to be replaced.
Travis was so great to work with! Fast, efficient, and explained every step.
Shawn, the technician, was patient, knowledgeable and persevered when a simple gas bbq hookup became more complicated. In the end, Shawn prevailed and my bbg works. Thank you, Shawn!
