Wow! I had a water leak in my garage and called Johnny On The Spot and they were out in an hour to fix it. They kept me informed on the work, incredibly efficient, reasonable on the price and friendly. Highly recommend!

I needed my tankless water heater flushed and inspected, so I found Johnny on the Spot on Yelp. I chatted with their customer service team first — they were super helpful and easy to work with.
Shawn came out for the job and right away asked a few questions about my system before getting started. He explained how long everything would take and did a full inspection while the flush was running. He was very thorough and professional, even took pictures and showed me what to keep an eye on.
What I really appreciated is that he wasn't pushy at all — no upselling or pressure, just honest and quality work.
Definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot if you want reliable, professional service done right!

I had an excellent experience with Luis. He helped fix a water leak issue with my toilet and went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning properly before he left. He was able to figure out the issue pretty quickly for us when it took us several days to even consider what might be causing our leak. His customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
