One of my AC units needed service, it was not cooling properly. I called Johnny on the Spot in the morning. They came out within a couple hours. The service tech , Arturo, texted me before he came out as I requested.
Arturo is personable, professional, as well as being very knowledgeable. He explained to me what the issues were and the different options available for repair. Overall, Arturo provided me with a great customer service experience. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Johnny on the Spot.
