They fix my issue and went above and beyond to correct another issue that sprung up. I wouldn't use anybody else other than Johnny on the spot! Highly recommend Bill too!

Cassey was personable and very thorough. I will use Johnny on the Spot again (HVAC repair) primarily because of this excellent technician.
Gabriel is an excellent technician. Very kind and patient. Explained things until I fully understood and helped with everything needed to get the work completed and financed.
Our service technician Adrian was very professional and walked us through our available options. This company went beyond our expectations and met us in the middle to ease the financial burden for repairs. Shout out to the owner as well for recognizing first responders. I highly recommend this company and will be returning with future business. Thank you for your help. Rapid, clean, professional, courteous and helpful. Cheers!
