These guys are great. They're always on time, efficient and kind. I'm signed up for their yearly subscription.
Technician was on time and did a very good job checking out the system. Compressor caught fire due to faulty relay so had to be replaced. Job was done in 4 hours with 10 year warranty, I have 11 rentals and use them exclusively for all of my AC repairs. Too bad they don't do plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone. Good company and good employees.
Update 7/24/2024. They have done 2 more installations for me and James always gives me the best price possible. They do have plumbing now so I try to use as much as possible if they can meet my time frame. They always respond very quickly. Technicians are always friendly and do their best.
Had another problem at another rental and the technician that did the repair did a very good job. Nice work.
Showed up on time and fixed problem extremely quick
Started getting cold. Time to fire up the heater. Replaced all the filters, and turned on "Heat". We have 3 stations using one big system. 2 of the 3 worked perfectly. But #3 was dead. Nothing. With our previous excellent service from Johnny on the Spot, decided to call them. Called at 1:45pm. They set the appointment for 2:00 - 5:00 same day! Bryant showed up at 3:15 ????. Turns out it was a bad motor on station 3. He had to run and get one, was back in 45 minutes. Fixed everything perfectly, and made additional adjustments to all 3 so they would be efficient. So happy. Thank you for another awesome job.

Every technician who has ever provided service at my home has been exceptionally polite, friendly and thorough. Cassey was no exception. Had an excellent experience hiring Johnny's. The plumbers, Travis and Oscar, were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Glad I went with them for my plumbing issue and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
