Hermes did a great job replacing an old
Corroded disposal with a new unit I provided. It took longer than expected as he was thorough and clean and comprehensive in testing. Great job.

Outstanding customer service. Very friendly and honest. I called Johnny On The Spot late in the evening for my master bathroom shower hot water/low pressure repair, the representative scheduled an appointment the next day. The techs arrived on time. They were very patient, kind and walk me through the entire troubleshooting process, very knowledgeable - They were very happy to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. I knew I was in good hands the moment I called. I'm happy with the repair cost, the timely repair and craftsmanship.

KC was the technician who came to our house for our semi annual HVAC check up. He was extremely thorough and took extra time to explain all deficiencies in our older system. He took alot of pictures and showed what was still in good condition and areas where there was concerns and what was needed to correct the issues. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this company and a shout out to KC for his professionalism.

Danny was tech he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Checked varios electric components and readings. Also washed coils and checked condensation tubing inclination. Also checkes my ducts in the attic and took many pictures of the units inside and out showing all the readings taken. Explained all within valid valid ranges. Very friendly and considerate in using cover soles to enter the house. In all great service.
