I cannot say enough about Johnny's. I called because my main water pipe burst from the street to my house. Because the break was not part of my property, there was a question of responsibility. Knowing that the liability may not fall to me, they not only walked me through the entire problem, but stayed with me afterwards, helping me navigate property lines and policies and advocating even knowing I may not be able to hire them. The level of care from Art and Jeff through this process feels unheard of these days.
Secondly, I scheduled an appointment for an air conditioning service. Gabriel was on time, clearly knew what he was doing, and was thorough. What struck me about all three of them was the patient communication and care, both during the tune-up and above, during a very stressful event. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them for all my needs in the future.
Johnny on the Spot did a great job. I had a main water line break and they were able to come out within a few hours of my call. The team came out and explained to me what needed to be done. Matthew did a great job and put the front yard back together quickly. Thank you to everyone at Johnny on the Spot for your great communication and hard work!! Much appreciated.

Far too overpriced to return, but Casey was great! Polite , empathetic, and professional. I appreciated his commitment to making sure the AC was working.

Mike is great and the company was VERY quickly to get someone out to my house. Within the hour
I contracted 'Johnny on the Spot' plumbing co to clear my kitchen drain. They scheduled the work for Sunday. Eduardo was the technician that responded. I explained the problem and he got right to work. He soon found out the problem was way down the line and was packed like a brick wall.
After a while he was explaining alt. options. None of which I could afford, being the unprepared senior that I am. I didn't know what I was going to do. But he would not give up. He hammered at that drain with the snake until finally, finally it gave up. He was as happy as I was with his success. The drain was whirling and glubbing just like he wanted. He finished up and cleaned up like he was never there. He gave me the bill and a warning about grease. And was soon on his way. I appreciate his hard work and understanding of my situation. I will call this company again with any plumbing and HVAC problems I have. You just don't find people like them much any more. Thank you 'Johnny on the Spot' and Thank you Eduardo. Sincerely, Jill
