James did a great job. He walked us through the process from the beginning. He replaced the filters and was very supportive. He explained everything he intended to do and the order he did it in. Excellent employee!!!
I would like to thank Mr Luis Chabez, from Plumbing Department. He did inspect/checked the water line, water heater, my laundry room, bathrooms to include shower heads , sinks and the main water line to make sure it's in a good condition. First he explained all the procedures he's going to perform and then give me the breakdown of what part needed to replace. Everything went well. Mr Chabez was very respectful and answers all my questions and concerns. This is my second year of service from Johnny on the Spot. I'm happy with the service provided by Luis and the company. Thanks Luis and Johnny on the spot for a well done job.

Jose and Eddie arrived early and introduced themselves. Both technicians answered my questions and gave me detailed information on what they would be doing. Had a whole house duct system replaced. The house was built in 1989 and the duct system was in bad shape. Many hot summers in Vegas. Viewed the pictures they took and saw the before and after. They du a wonderful job. Kudos to them both. Thank you.
Jose is a pleasure to deal with. He explains things very well and is trustworthy.

LUIS (sp. was t Technician who came out to do t maintenance on my two AC units, which I also purchased from Johnny on t Spot a few years ago. Their warranty n maintenance program is t best. I am an 80 yr old widow n that is one area of my home I never have to worry about.
Luis checked t 2) air scrubbers, ducting, n set 2 Thermostats n checked n cleaned t Trane AC,s. He has been w t company as long as I have which is over 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, n personable. I ask a lot of questions n he is never to hurried to answer them. One other very important point for me is if he has a job that runs longer because of difficulty they keep u informed w texts so u know when they r delayed but this rarely happens. Great company!!
