I had an excellent experience with Johnny On The Spot for a recent AC installation. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They offered me a fantastic deal that I couldn't resist. Their response time was impressively fast—I reached out and they had a Sales rep Jose Diaz came out and provide me details of the project, costs, installation and the process. The technicians, Erick Martinez(head), Jeffre, Eddie, Jose Z., were not only greatly skilled but also incredibly friendly and courteous. They took time to explain the details and process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It's rare to find such a combination of speed, quality, and great customer service these days. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot to anyone in need of air conditioning services. The positive reviews they all get speak for themselves!
I had a great experience with Shawn, who came out to repair my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. I was getting the runaround from a different plumbing company and decided to call Johnny on the Spot. From the first call, I received fast and friendly service and they clearly had a much higher level of competency when answering my questions and offering solutions. Travis showed up today and was awesome! He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions on both my current plumbing issue as well as a couple other concerns. Based on my experience so far, we have requested an estimate on some AC work that also needs to be done and have that scheduled for tomorrow. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Johnny on the Spot for your plumbing and AC needs ????

Luis was great! Very friendly and even though he didn't have the parts he needed to fix the plumbing issue, he quickly found another truck with the parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and got everything fixed!
