I've had 2 service calls with Johnny on the Spot and I was very happy with the service and the technician Luis! He was very professional and did a great job in servicing my AC unit that went down and a maintenance call on my furnace.

Luis was great. He texted to tell me he was on his way. He got everything done in a timely manner. Everything was great and my heater is working fine.
Brandon, Luis, and Casey are all awesome technicians. Luis and Casey came in July to clean my air ducts and they were so thorough, clean, personable and professional. Brandon came to o change my air filter and he was also friendly, professional and very prepared. Quickly changed my filter. Yay!

James arrived halfway into the appt 3-hour window which was perfect. I received a reminder text the day before, and also a text when he was on his way. Without me asking, he put on boot covers when he entered my house so as to not potentially mess up my floor or carpet. He took the extra time to dust buster my air filter vents at my request. He explained things as he went along and at the end when he finished. Everything about his service call was 100%!
He was honest and didn't push anything on me .
