I always have a good experience with Johnny On The Spot. Today Luis was so thorough with my inspection and very patient with all my questions. He really went above and beyond. Can't say enough about this company and their crew.
Even with routine service, Johnny on the Spot is top notch.
Travis came to check my plumbing and drain my water heater. I knew I had a bad water softener that needed changing.
I had a new anode on hand for him to change but he couldn't get the old one out. He even tried an impact wrench and it wouldn't budge.
Travis checked and found I was still under warranty for the unit.
With this info, Johnny on the Spot was able to get me a new softener and heater and change it out the same day.
Great work as always!
Gabriel did a though check on my heater. He knew his stuff leaving me knowing he was trustworthy. I will not hesitate on calling him for any other work in the future.

My water heater was leaking from the bottom so I called Johnny on the Spot who I've used for my AC units. They sent out Shawn right away. Shawn was so knowledgeable and thorough. He replaced my 11 year old water heater with a new one and replaced the old water pressure valve. He explained everything as he was doing it and did a phenomenal job. I'm extremely happy with Johnny on the Spot and with Shawn's excellent service.
