Got a few quotes, but didn't understand what I was paying for other than "new a/c"
Marco Bello described and drew out exactly what they would do, and came in at a great price.
I was told 12-16 hours for install time and Luis, Kelly, and Erick got it done in 9. The install looks clean as well.
Overall fantastic experience.
Shawn the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable, completing the task at hand quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend "Johnny On The Spot" for there services.
Shawn was great, arrived in the time window provided, was friendly, and gave great detailed and explained service. He made sure our leak was fixed and everything was taken care of properly.
Marco B was great! Very thorough from protecting every thing and step from damage, to his inspection. He was very honest and took photos and checked my HVAC system. Although I had further steps to take. He stayed right there to assist me through the process. Very professional, educational and trustworthy! Thank you Marco!
Casey did a wonderful job finding the issue and helping us fix the issue so our residents are comfortable.
