I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!

I was sent out another plumber who actually knew what he was doing name Jose Campos. I didn't have to go much into details. He just knew how to get the water pressure back up. I am so grateful and thankful for him. That's all I ever wanted is my high water pressure. He did apologize on behalf of his teammates/company for how things where handle which I appreciate. He understood where I was coming from.
I did receive a call from the owner and I appreciate that as well. We talked and like he said "it's a learning experience for everyone".
I'm not a man, so I don't know anything about plumbing so of course I have to rely on companies who are professional in different fields to do the job. So of course I'm always going expect trust and good work.
But it all worked out
I received a email for a special that Johnny on the spot was doing for the month. Larry came and did a great job at descaling our tankless hot water system. While he was here he also performed the point inspection and explained everything that was going on. I would recommend him for any Johnny on the spot service. Larry is very knowledgeable and professional.
