I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
Alfredo & Danny were fabulous. Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, were respectful and passionate about their jobs in a positive way, and completed the work properly. Offered solutions for possible fixes and yet didn't over pressure or make us feel uncomfortable. Great hires and great workers.
Marc was very personable and helpful. He respected that I didn't want a sales pitch, just some maintenance to help my system last as long as possible. That's something other companies haven't been able to respect.
Gabriel was professional and provided great, detailed service.

Johnny on the spot came to service our HVAC units. Technician, James, was very professional and thorough. He performed an inspection and maintenance and offered estimates for repairs and replacement. There was no pressure to replace, just honest information. We were very pleased with the service provided.

I recently had Johnny On the Spot come out for my annual service and must say they did an outstanding job. Bryant went through everything with me and did not try to high pressure in to any services like a lot of vendors do when they come out for their "specials". What was an hour or two job with previous providers was over three hours as Bryant was so thorough. My outside units look brand new. I ended up joining their club as the price was not that much more than what I would have paid and now I get a fall checkup for free.
We needed 2 toilets adjusted as soon as possible because the flooring is being replaced. Johnny On The Spot really lived up to their name. Joey Ortega came the same day/night we called to assess what we needed. He was very professional, friendly, and the best part, he explained everything to us. He scheduled the appointment to have the tech come out the very next morning. Their professionalism and friendliness is not a fluke! Oscar Casillas, 'the tech', shows up, prifessional and friendly, and takes care of business!
We also joined their Comfy Club because we know we'll be using them from now on.
