I had an excellent experience with Johnny On The Spot for a recent AC installation. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. They offered me a fantastic deal that I couldn't resist. Their response time was impressively fast—I reached out and they had a Sales rep Jose Diaz came out and provide me details of the project, costs, installation and the process. The technicians, Erick Martinez(head), Jeffre, Eddie, Jose Z., were not only greatly skilled but also incredibly friendly and courteous. They took time to explain the details and process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It's rare to find such a combination of speed, quality, and great customer service these days. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot to anyone in need of air conditioning services. The positive reviews they all get speak for themselves!
I have a problem I thought with my hot water heater. It had a terrible smell in my bathroom sinks and my shower. So I called a plumber and he tried to sell me a new water softener for 4 thousand dollars. Well I politely told him to leave my house. So of course I looked at a lot of Utube videos playing detective. After flushing it bleaching it and replacing my water softener resin I gave up. So I googled plumbers and went with Johnny on the Spot plumbers. Art listened to everything I went through with my hot water heater. So he wanted to see all the sinks in my house. The smell knocked him over. Then he asked me for a cup. He filled the cup with water and smelled it. He then had me smell it and there was no smell. He then gave me the news, it was the drains. He didn't try to sell me a water heater or a water softener or anything else. Boy what a shock! An honest man telling me the real cause. All the drains have to be to be flushed out to get rid of the smell. Of course the service they have to do is costly but living with the smell is worse. Thank you Art you have made me so happy and your company Johnny on the spot is now the only company I'll use now on.
I had a great experience with Shawn, who came out to repair my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. I really appreciate how effectively he worked and how he took the time to explain everything. Highly recommended Shawn and Johnny on the Spot for any repair needs!

I was getting the runaround from a different plumbing company and decided to call Johnny on the Spot. From the first call, I received fast and friendly service and they clearly had a much higher level of competency when answering my questions and offering solutions. Travis showed up today and was awesome! He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions on both my current plumbing issue as well as a couple other concerns. Based on my experience so far, we have requested an estimate on some AC work that also needs to be done and have that scheduled for tomorrow. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Johnny on the Spot for your plumbing and AC needs ????
