I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
Jordan was very respectful and willing to listen to my concerns as well as reassure me that there was no danger
So far, my experience has been great. The technician, Joey came out and dud an initial assessment. He was awesome. Very honest about what he thought and recommended other cost effective ways to narrow down the problem. Once the work is actually done and the problem fixed, I will have a complete picture of this company but so far, I like them!

Replacement of appliance water supply valve
Had a new water heater installed today after my old one was leaking. Jordan was such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything, gave me several options in detail. His installation was perfect. If you have plumbing issues call Johnny on the Spot and request Jordan, you won't be sorry you did.
I called they came out that same night. Edgar was the technician Very very nice professional young man. He went above and beyond to help get my problem solved. Highly recommend
I had to have my hvac replaced and a full duct cleaning and sanitize. Kelly and Eddy did a great job in the installation and KC did an equally great job with the duct cleaning. Shout out to Mario, Eric, and Monica in the office for keeping things on schedule. I am very happy with Johnny On The Spot and definitely recommend them.
