I am beyond happy with my choice to use Johnny on the Spot! From the initial visit for an estimate I knew they were the right team for me. They took extra special care with my house, were extremely professional and on time, and I just had full confidence in them. They did not let me down! I highly recommend them! My tech, Luis, is the best!
We recently had an extremely stressful situation where our rooftop HVAC package unit flipped during a major wind event and was left hanging dangerously off the side of our roof. From the very beginning, Johnny On The Spot was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring throughout the entire process.
Johnny Freeman and his team took the time to thoroughly answer questions, explain the scope of work clearly, and provide detailed documentation for insurance purposes without making us feel rushed or pressured. Their communication was outstanding the entire time, which honestly made a huge difference during a stressful situation.
The installation crew worked incredibly hard in difficult conditions and handled the crane coordination, curb replacement, full system installation, and commissioning professionally and efficiently. Everything was completed cleanly and with attention to detail. They also made sure permits and inspections were properly handled, which gave us additional peace of mind.
We ended up installing a new Daikin system and were very happy with both the pricing and warranty coverage compared to other companies we spoke with. It was clear throughout the process that they cared about doing the job correctly, not just quickly.

They completed the service but instead of it being 8hrs like discussed it turned into nearly 12hrs. Thankfully I am able to stay home from work if needed but we were told we just needed to let them in. We were not told that they would leave and return about an hour later. I found the front door unlocked and cracked open. However, they did an excellent job with maintaining a clean workspace along with not damaging the property at all. Over all it was a good experience but I might suggest more clear communication of what is expected on the day of the service.

Gabriel came out within minutes of his ETA. He was very thorough, and took his time. He told me what he could, and prioritized what needed to be fixed all the way down to what should be fixed. Very happy with them.
Matt and his partner were fantastic. They worked nonstop and without break to make sure the jobs were completed correctly. I can not say enough good things about these guys.

Very happy with how my project went. I had a new mini split installed in my living room for my manufactured home. Installation team came sharply on time and were very professional. Job completed in a very timely manner and any mess was thoroughly cleaned before they left. Shout out to John and Daniel Cadena.
