Exceptional Service, Absolute Transparency, and Total Professionalism!

I recently had my first HVAC tune-up with Johnny on the Spot, and they have set a gold standard I didn't know existed. I initially booked because of a coupon deal, however, the experience was worth so much more. From the start, their communication was top-tier—they sent text updates and even a photo of the technician, Cassey Villadiego, before he arrived. That was an absolute first for me!

From the moment I opened the door, Cassey was incredibly polite, greeting me with, "Who do I have the pleasure of meeting?". He already had his shoe booties on before entering, which I really appreciated. Throughout the visit, Cassey was professional and considerate; he even made sure to ask my wife for permission before entering bedrooms to check vent temperatures while I was unavailable. He was very personable and easy to talk to—it wasn't just "all business."

The level of detail provided was unmatched. At the end, Cassey provided a full summary backed by over 80 photos documenting every part of the service and pointing out potential future repairs. Getting that level of transparency in a follow-up email is rare and gave me such peace of mind. I felt so confident in the quality of work that I joined their "Comfy Club" annual membership. It is completely worth it! If you need HVAC work, ask for Cassey—you won't be disappointed.
