Johnny on the spot has been our go to for a few years now for anything plumbing or air related and all of the members have been great. But was really impressed with Jordan. Probably the friendliest most easy to talk to person ive ever met let alone repairman. Helped explain things and was easy to talk to, offered upsells but wasn't aggressive about it and could tell he was looking out for me. I hope nothing else breaks (fingers crossed) but if it does id be glad to have Jordan back anytime.
