I had replace my water source connecting my washer. I called in the morning and they had someone on their way in a couple of hours. Mike the technician was knowledgeable and quick. What was really exceptional about this business was their professional behavior. From making an appointment to job completion. Myself being a senior, I have reservations about strangers in my home. Instantly I felt at ease with Mike. I could not have had anyone nicer for the task at hand. My trusted plumber for twenty-years retired. I have been trying to find a replacement. I made a couple of attempts earlier this year. Both business acted like you the customer was just a bother when I asked questions. I can officially say I will be using Jonny on the Spot from now on. Great family owned business.

Oscar was very polite, professional and arrived on time to my house for the repairs. He explained everything he would be repairing and completed the needed repairs in a timely manner and did a great job! Very pleased.
