Johnny On The Spot plumbing sent out Julian first. He was friendly and courteous, and he was able to accurately diagnose our water issue. Julian didn't have the part he needed, so they sent out the equally-friendly Oscar on the same day, who very quickly replaced the defective valve in our system and got our water pressure to an even better level than when we moved in. Very happy with the service and professional support from team at Johnny On The Spot.
