I can't say enough good things about Joey and Johnny on the Spot. Even though we ultimately didn't end up using their services because the issue turned out not to be plumbing-related, Joey went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we understood what was going on. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, offered helpful suggestions, and never once made us feel pressured. It's rare to come across someone so professional and easy to work with. If their customer service is any indication of the quality of their work, I would absolutely recommend Johnny on the Spot to anyone in need of plumbing services.
