Edit. I change my Star to a 4 star review I was sent out another plumber who actually knew what he was doing name Jose Campos. I didn't have to go much into details. He just knew how to get the water pressure back up. I am so grateful and thankful for him. That's all I ever wanted is my high water pressure. He did apologize on behalf of his teammates/company for how things where handle which I appreciate. He understood where I was coming from. I did receive a call from the owner and I appreciate that as well. We talked and like he said "it's a learning experience for everyone". I'm not a man, so I don't know anything about plumbing so of course I have to rely on companies who are professional in different fields to do the job. So of course I'm always going expect trust and good work. But it all worked out
